The Board of Directors is headed by Dr. Sultan Ahmed Al-Khalaf, who has been in government positions for more than 30 years. He also represented Kuwait on many international events and conferences. He was awarded the International Prize for Merit of 1999 by the International Organization for Epidemiology (OIE) Paris / France. Deputy Director General for Livestock Affairs from 27/1/1990 to 6/10/2002.
Director of the Department of Animal Health from 1983 to 1990.
Veterinary supervision from 1980 to 1983.
